LiveWire Technical Services was founded
in Omaha, Nebraska in 2008 by Andy von Dohren.

LiveWire was founded out of a need I saw in
the people I interact with on a daily basis. What I
saw was a need for someone to fill the gap
between small businesses and website technology.

I occasionally went to local business' websites
and was constantly let down that they did not
provide the information that I needed or provided
out of date information. Then I was asked by a friend to create a website for her new salon and spa business (Face to Face Salon and Spa). After I created the website I realized that this is really an area where I could help businesses out part time and help them get the word out about their businesses. That is why I founded LiveWire Technical Services.

I offer my help on a part time basis in the field of Information Technology. To give a little background on myself, I graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha in May of 2008 with a double major in computer science (CS) and management information systems (MIS). I now work for large Insurance company as an IS Security Analyst. I have created a few websites in the past and really wanted to learn more about the language of websites and see how far you can take them. I am the first to tell you that I don't know how to do everything but if there is something that you really want to do I will do my best to learn about it so we can make it happen. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss what services I might be able to help you out with.
